Personal coaching through the Downsize system is vital to your success. We know that 50% of what we do is out of habit. We do what we do without thinking about what we are doing. We call this a habit, routine, or pattern.
The only way to have sustainable long-term change is by adjusting your habit and creating a new pattern of success. Change is the result we are looking for during your downsize transformation.
We want you to accomplish a few things by the end of the eight week Downsize System.
Working with a coach one-on-one is valuable to you and your success with the Downsize system. You will have the opportunity to work towards your goal, create a specific lifestyle plan for you, and feel confident you will handle any bump in the road that may come along. In addition, the one-on-one coach provides you a safe accountability system you can rely on and trust.
Understanding what needs to happen to balance your body's nutrition can be a challenge. First, your nutrition coach will show you where you need help and direct you to where and how you can balance your bodies nutrition. Then, you and your nutrition coach will create a specific plan for you. You will notice an immediate change in energy and life once your body is nutritionally balanced.
